Offering fiduciary protection and plan enhancement through a third-party, independent fiduciary can be a benefit to you and your plan sponsors. We offer Core Investment Advisory Service as an ERISA § 3( 21) investment advisor or Discretionary Asset Management Service as an ERISA § 3( 38) investment manager. These services are offered for use on the DailyAccess platform as well as on other platforms.
Investment advisory services (AS) are elements of the DailyAccess Diamond Strategy.® DailyAccess can also
provide plan design consulting, administration, actuarial and recordkeeping services for defined contribution
plans (DC) and defined benefit plans (DB), including cash balance plans. Additionally, we offer health and welfare
consulting2 and flexible benefits services (HW).

1 Investment advisory services are offered through InterServ®, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DailyAccess Corporation. As an ERISA § 3( 21) investment advisor, InterServ serves in a
fiduciary capacity, providing investment advice but leaving the investment selection decisions to the plan sponsor and/or financial advisor. As an ERISA § 3 (38) investment manager,
InterServ serves in a fiduciary capacity with respect to specific discretionary actions related to model portfolios that are available to plan participants as investment options in the plan.
These actions generally relate to asset allocation decisions but may also involve the initial selection, monitoring, and replacement of the funds that comprise the model.
